Doing a str/fth build rn. I love faith builds in this game too much, I keep saying I'll do something different but it usually comes back to faith :v I'm just not that big of a fan of the sorceries in this game. Also decided to play as a dude this time to mix it up - his name is Gambero. Hadn't played in awhile and I'm fully sucked back in - this game rules
as for the DLC - I'm just hoping the legacy dungeons are good! All the new areas looked cool from what little we saw and obviously I'm very thirsty for whatever new lore info we get. Apparently it is based on stuff GRRM did for the game originally, and they held off on this stuff for the DLC specifically. That potentially has frightening implications - there's already people going over the lore with a fine tooth comb to see if anything can be interpreted differently using the new info we've gotten about Messmer and how he's looking to be a child of Marika/Radagon.
Currently doing an int/str build, specifically doing some gravity incantation shenanigans. My last run I was doing a pure strength build with the greatsword, but here I'm using the meteoric ore blade and carian glintstone staff. Originally I wanted to do a fth/int build, but I learned that that sucked hard lol. Maybe I'll try a faith related build on my next run. Currently trying to beat Malenia cause I didn't last run, and she's kicking my ass lol.
I never ended up beating the game but when I did play I was using a str/fth build with the Golden Epitaph. It was super fun and I did a ton of co-op bosses since it's my favorite thing to do in these games.
