Technically this place could be considered "indieweb", since a bunch of the internet is run by corporations and the like, so share some similar small sites and portals that strike a chord with you!
A few sites I tend to check on every now and again are: sadgrl.online - Basically the top site on Neocities Yesterweb - Affiliate to sadgrl, a nice read in general about indieweb philosophy and efforts to change the internet for the better Low-tech Magazine - A tech blogsite running entirely off of solar power. Sometimes goes offline due to this. Sushigirl - Small, slow and cozy imageboard that has posts spanning back years. (They sometimes get spammers and obnoxious 4channers every now and again, but they've been pretty on top of that lately, as it's something to expect with anonymous image boards like this.) EasyUSSR - Small Neocities site with a beginner's guide to piracy among other things.
Personally a fan of https://cohost.org/
It's basically Tumblr before nsfw was banned. I just think its a cozy place to stay and not have to worry about numbers or followers
eh, I've tried to use it repeatedly but I could never click with it. it also kinda hurt when they said "yeah we're gonna allow cub art" just to pull the rug under me and others a few hours later. to be fair though the people who were """""protesting""""" that were genuinely threatening the staff, so, I can understand to a degree.
that said, I've found a comfy instance on fediverse. fedi ain't perfect but I've been most comfortable being myself there, with little worry about being thrown to the wolves, so to speak.

When I first started to look for more media and community around futanari stuff I had found https://futanaripalace.com/index.php which is a nice place that was full of people who enjoyed said content. And like years of games, images, stories, and etc.(with furry and yaoi and yuri). It’s a bit more empty nowadays but still a treasure trove for those interested.
On a non-degen note. I really like going to https://notalwaysright.com/ to read people complain about customers. It feels like a nice release every now and again

I really wish it had a mobile app. I do a majority of my Tumblr browsing on mobile, and adding a website to my homepage logs me out after a period of time
