I'm a huge fan of FOSS games, conceptually. I really enjoy games that are truly free, in multiple senses of the word, and would love to see more. I'd like to ask you all for any FOSS games that you enjoy, and would recommend.
Most of the FOSS stuff I've play recently are asset replacement projects of games with free code but non-free assets, these being Freedoom and Librequake. The only FOSS game that isn't based on a code release I've been playing is Supertuxkart, which has been really, really enjoyable.
While I absolutely love the ideology behind FOSS games, I find a lot of FOSS games besides those mentioned don't really hold my attention, and tend to be very small, simple games. Understandably so, considering that making games are quite difficult. Hence, me asking this.
