Human loli/shota now allowed in full

In order to make things as smooth as possible for users, and because we're relatively underground and based in the US, I've decided to nix the special requirements for posting human loli/shota content.
The requirements now are the same as cub and other content in the "questionable" section of the rules: Put it in spoiler tags for individual cases, or put the respective tag/CW on the topic for broader cases.
The reason for the sudden change is that I've given it some thought and realized it was more of a hassle on both the users to have to crop and link the image off-site, but I also didn't want to deal with a treadmill problem and constantly have to make judgement on whether someone's work falls under the rule to be hosted off-site, tell them and explain why, then potentially deal with arguments.
Should we receive any issues from our hosting service (which we hopefully shouldn't as it's one of the hosts that Inkbunny's admin recommended to use, and "hosts only care if you pay the bill on time and aren't hosting illegal material") then we will revert back to Inkbunny-style requirements.
