CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 4x8GB 3600c18
GPU: AMD Radeon 6700 XT
SSD: 1TB SATA, 256GB M.2 SATA, 512 M.2 NVMe
PSU: 750W of beautiful monitor-manufactured power delivery
I built it in mid-2020 with a 5600XT and half the RAM, but sold the card because I needed a little more money and bit off more than I could chew, instead borrowing a 3GB GTX 1060 from my mom's storage PC. I managed to get a 6700 XT when the prices started going down for...a bit too much. I've been trying to expand the storage, but the WD HDD I'm trying to put in only sometimes reads, so I'm not sure if it's a motherboard problem, a power problem, or a drive problem... Heckles.

ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (2022)
OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
Storage: 2 2TB NVMe SSDs (upgraded myself)
bought this laptop a while back because I wanted something powerful enough for gaming/programming, and portable enough to bring to class and use for taking notes. the hardware inside performs well, but the build quality of the laptop is truly awful and makes me yearn for my old ThinkPad.
both of the plastic shrouds covering the hinges for the screen have broken off, the fans are loud (and have some pretty irritating coil whine), and the headphone jack has become INCREDIBLY loose after just two years of consistent use. the jack slides out CONSTANTLY, and shoving it back in after the connection gets broken by the tiniest pulling force has become a reflex. with the price I paid, I figured I would be able to get several years of solid use out of this thing before it would start to break down. while it might have some pretty nice specs, it doesn't matter if the laptop itself is a pain in the ass to use.
oh well, lesson learned i guess :p
