i've been bouncing around games a lot lately, but just to name some i've been flipping between: deus ex mankind divided (for an all-achievements run this time), modern warfare 2 (the original one! on a modded client because base game sounds like it's an RCE exploit hell right now), need for speed underground 2, balatro, pacific drive, very occasionally helldivers 2 because that game drives my stress levels up too high if i play for too long & minecraft and team fortress 2 when i genuinely don't know what else to do

god i just realized listing most of those makes me sound like i'm stuck in the 2000s- early 2010s again lmfao, but really what can you do when game releases lately have been mostly snoozefests

I started playing World of Horror for the first time today. Almost fucked up my first playthrough lol

Ooh the art style looks neat. I've just been playing a bit of modded Minecraft lately, I binge watched those 100 Days playthroughs all the way up to 4000 Days so now I have an itch to play it a bunch.

yeah the art style is pretty cool. It's got really nice pixel art that helps makes the horror aspects of the game stand out and feel unsettling. I kinda wish I could get into modded Minecraft, or Minecraft in general but I just don't have the motivation to play it like I used to when I was younger. Now it's just one of the (infrequent) games I play with my friend

I highly recommend Yakuza 0, For those that don't know the main story is a gangster drama, thriller, mystery. However just as much of the game is its side missions and side activities which can be silly and funny/ heart-warming and wise information/ legit interesting and crazy stories. (much of which has some basis in truth)
I personally went into this game thinking it would be like a GTA clone, but imo it is way better that GTA.

Been kinda jumping around a lot lately too. I beat Outer Wilds + DLC earlier this month and am still kind of emotionally recovering from that lol. Been getting back into Risk Of Rain 2 with my friends a lot, super fun. Also trying out Control right now and I'm really loving it for the combat and sound/art design. Still pretty early in it but I'm playing it exclusively at night with the lights off and headphones up and its adding a lot to the atmosphere

I got into playing Rivals of Aether again. I'm anything but good at it, but it's really fun
